Alert questions are easiest to diagnose during U.S. market hours, but you can write anytime.
Before you write
- App looks empty? Check whether the market is open, then refresh. The app falls back to sample data if the API is offline.
- Alerts seem delayed? Free previews may be delayed. Pro access is intended for live alerts.
- Need cancellation or billing help? Email from the same address used at checkout.
- API access? Tell us your use case and expected request volume so we can provision the right plan.
